What's kept
- When you book: your name, email, phone, the address for the visit, the session and time, and any notes you add.
- When you come for treatment: notes about your health and the treatment, which help keep treatment safe and effective.
- When you send an email or message: your message and address.
Why
To arrange and attend your sessions, to contact you about them, and to keep the treatment records a massage therapist should keep. Your details aren't used for anything else, and are never sold or shared outside Rye Remedial, unless the law requires it.
Where it's kept, and for how long
Bookings are kept on this website's server and in its backups, and emails in Rye Remedial's email account. Health and treatment records are kept for seven years after your last visit, as Victorian health records law requires, then deleted.
