Rye Remedial is run by David as a sole trader, ABN 54 317 024 989. These terms apply when you book a session through this site, by email or by phone.
Home visits
Sessions take place at the address you give when you book. Please have a quiet space ready with some clear floor space. For a massage, please also have three bath towels, two pillows and two hand towels. A client under 18 needs a parent or guardian at home during the session.
Your health
Before your session, please mention any injuries, health conditions, medication or pregnancy. Massage and yoga aren't a substitute for medical care. If something makes treatment unsuitable, your therapist may adjust the session or suggest you see your doctor first.
Prices and payment
Prices are on the services page and include travel on the Mornington Peninsula. Payment is at the end of the session.
Gift vouchers and packs
A gift voucher is one session; a pack is five. Each code is valid for three years from when it's paid, and anyone you pass it to can use it. Each booking uses one session, and a session comes back to the code if the booking is cancelled.
Changing or cancelling
If you need to cancel or move a booking, please give at least 24 hours' notice, so the time can go to someone else. If a booking has to change, you'll hear as early as possible.
Respect
All sessions are professional and non-sexual. Your therapist may end a session if they're not treated with respect, or if they don't feel safe.
